For the forth year in a row, Calvin created a new piece of art to post to Twitter. These pieces ranged everywhere from original characters, to fan art of pop culture icons, to everything in-between. This year had a big emphasis on animations, some of which were for gaming projects. As such, go past the image gallery to view the animation videos.
Each picture is captioned with the text from the original Tweet, complete with spelling and grammar errors. Original posts that contained video are located at the bottom of the page.
*Note: I do not own all of the characters and objects depicted in these drawings. These drawings were made as a hobby for no monetary gain.

#TheSketchySummer 2019 (Day 77)Very different post today. The game development software Unity got a major update recently so I thought I'd do some experimenting with some of the tools I wasn't too used to, like camera control, AI pathfinding, and in-editor model making.

#TheSketchySummer 2019 (Day 88)Sorry if anyone is getting tired of seeing this view, but I'm making daily progress (And daily regression. Long story) on having a working combat character. Today's update is that I can now damage to enemies!

#TheSketchySummer 2019 (Day 89)Today's improvements include a shield blocking animation, an axe weapon, and a rat enemy that runs slightly faster than the player. Hopefully tomorrow I can add the code to have the rat hunt the player down.

#TheSketchySummer 2019 (Day 91)
Very excited with where my game is right now! I got an AI controlled rat and a player that both can move, swap lanes, attack each other, and take damage! I even have hit and damage particles and screen shake! Yay!
