With my sister off to college, my metric for summer being over has been reached. To celebrate the art I made this summer, I put together a compilation of timelapses of nearly all of the 2D drawings I made for this campaign

Another round of #SixFanarts! Asked my friends and got quite a cast of characters to make fan art of this time. We got...
• Couple of reptiles • A character made by my buddy @immacksg • Couple of kids with BIG ol' eyes • And a nb shapeshifter More pose practice. I got some unique ones this time and it was a great exercise to try and sketch them out.
Concept art of symbols for a game. I like the idea of genre-agnostic things for this game idea, so I concept-ed the shapes and colors in three different ways.
Not as much progress as I wanted to make, but it's late so here' what I worked on today: The command deck of The Cradle. Spent far too long trying to find a nice way to do the window frames.
Today's daily drawing is inspired by the WILD "Wheel of Fortune" stream hosted by @ChongoTweet
... That's all the context you get for this one. You'll have to watch the stream VOD to get the rest (It's REAL good!) (@SnapsCube @GreatCheshire) This drawing was delayed because of me getting sucked into the screenplay I as writing, so I decided to go ahead and draw two of the characters from said screenplay: Meet Marsha and Alishba!
I got one of those fun wooden manikins the other day and I decided to try and do some pose practices with it today. I then went and gave my digital drawing some effects to mimic the look of a well-worked physical sketch page.
Returning to The Cradle again as I wanted to show off some details and add a few more necessary parts like cannons and vertical engines. I realized I needed these parts because I started writing a pilot for a show set on-board The Cradle!
Lenna Kelric, fully 3D modeled and rigged! Was fun figuring out how to translate her 2D design that I made last year into the 3rd dimension. I think she turned out pretty good!
This model is still technically untextured. If I go any higher fidelity with custom textures, I’ll make sure to correctly color in her palms. I recreated the ship from Day 3 (I'm now calling it The Cradle) but this time in 3D! I gave it some greebling and some toon shading to give it a unique look. The hope is to have it not clash with 2D art, like the particles and background here.
Continuing my creation of mascots for my mother's school. I think I've got a good handle on making a series of characters who are of the same family, but each unique in their own way!
LATE post on this one, but that's because I was putting the extra work to start to get my character Lenna Kelric a 3D model! Untextured and rough clothes, but we're on our way!
Been playing a lot of #Pikmin4 lately and I'm really enjoying it!
However, that game's Shepherd made me think of another space game's Shepard... #pikminfanart Finished up the Guitar Hero controller prop I started the other day. Will be a great addition to items on my virtual shelf.
Final #artfight2023 post!
This time, a 3D model of PlayfullStars' character Bitsy Bug! I really liked the challenge of modeling a full character in one day! |
What's this page about? This is a constant stream of the artwork I create for Twitter, school, and myself.
